In order to drive their ambitious growth strategy, and to take full advantage of market opportunities, they now seek to appoint a high calibre, commercially focused and profit driven managing Director with extensive experience at a senior level within FMCG or Food & Beverage retail / channel management. |

The Role Reporting to the Divisional Head, and based in the Middle East, candidates will be responsible for driving growth through the development of a leading Food & beverage brand throughout the Middle East region and beyond. With full P&L responsibility, you will have the opportunity to combine your knowledge of strategic brand development and business planning, with your experience of FMCG or Food & Beverage business operations. You will also be responsible for property strategy development. In short, you will be involved in all areas of the business, and leading from the front. The Person An influential, proactive and charismatic leader, you will be commercially astute and profit driven. You will have a proven track record of delivering success through teamwork, be comfortable with managing complexity and possess excellent negotiation skills. An experienced senior manager with expertise in FMCG or Food & beverages, you will have a strong background in operational management.
