||Retail Operational Director
The ideal candidates have demonstrated a record of effective sales management, staff development, and increased customer engagement. Details of this include:
– Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, operation/organizational management or a comparable field.
– 5-10 years operational experience with preferably at least two years in distribution.
– 5-10 years experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities for multi-faceted planning and P/L control.
– 3-5 years experience in managing professional and clerical personnel from varied disciplines and in complex activities.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent customer service background, organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and strong supervisory and motivational skills required.
– Knowledge of database and computer applications in the supply of accurate information and development of system enhancements.
– Experience with cash registers, retail POS/inventory control computer systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word necessary.
